Introduction
UBADKAAL is a child-focused organization committed to expanding access to education, care, protection and opportunities for children whose circumstances place them at risk of exclusion, neglect, exploitation or long-term educational disadvantage.
The organization was established around a simple principle: a child’s circumstances should not determine the limits of their future. UBADKAAL therefore seeks to connect vulnerable children with the practical support, safe learning environments and protective relationships they need to develop, learn and participate positively in their families and communities.
Its intended focus includes children living in poverty, children who have lost parental care, children living or working on the streets, and children separated from their parents or otherwise exposed to harmful or exploitative forms of work and neglect. UBADKAAL’s approach is intended to respond to the whole child rather than education alone.
